Award-Winning AINT Model Supports You

Aint Foundation CIC

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at AINT Foundation CIC offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Our therapists work with children, young people, and adults, supporting a wide range of emotional and psychological needs with compassion, dignity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
We integrate the AINT Model with person‑centred approaches to ensure every session feels grounding, supportive, and tailored to you.

 Trauma & PTSD
We provide sensitive, trauma‑responsive support for people living with the effects of trauma or post‑traumatic stress. Sessions focus on emotional safety, stabilisation, understanding your responses, and helping you rebuild a sense of control and confidence.

 Abuse Recovery
Whether you have experienced emotional, physical, sexual, or psychological abuse, we offer a gentle, validating space to process your experiences without pressure or judgement. Our work centres on safety, empowerment, and restoring your sense of self.

 Anxiety & Overwhelm
We support individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, worry, or chronic stress. Therapy helps you understand your triggers, develop grounding strategies, and build emotional resilience in a way that feels manageable and compassionate.

 Self‑Esteem & Identity
For those struggling with confidence, self‑worth, or identity, we offer a reflective space to explore how your experiences have shaped how you see yourself. Together, we work toward building a stronger, kinder relationship with you.

 Grief & Loss
Grief is deeply personal. We provide a calm, supportive space to explore loss, whether recent or long-standing, and help you navigate the emotional, relational, and practical impact it has on your life.

 Children & Young People’s Counselling
We offer developmentally appropriate therapy for children and young people, using talking therapy, creative methods, and play‑based approaches. Sessions help young people express themselves safely, understand their emotions, and build healthy coping skills.

 Couples Therapy
For couples navigating conflict, communication difficulties, trust issues, or life transitions, we provide a neutral, respectful space where both partners feel heard. The focus is on understanding, connection, and strengthening the relationship.

Group Therapy
We offer group spaces that bring people together to share experiences, learn from one another, and build emotional resilience. Groups are facilitated with care, structure, and a strong emphasis on safety and inclusion.

 SOS Therapy (Immediate Emotional Support)
Our SOS‑style sessions provide urgent emotional support for individuals experiencing acute distress, crisis, or overwhelming situations. These sessions focus on grounding, stabilisation, and helping you feel safe enough to take your next steps.

 Our Approach
Across all therapy types, we prioritise:
•     Emotional safety
• Non‑judgemental practice
•     Trauma‑responsive care
•     Dignity and autonomy
