Community Therapy Pricing
Our Community Therapy Programme is designed to be accessible, supportive, and affordable. A programme may include a single session or a full course of up to 10 sessions, depending on the type of support being offered.
Programme Cost
£10 per programme
(This covers the full programme, whether it includes 1 session or 10 sessions.)
We keep this cost low to ensure community support remains open to as many people as possible.
Missed Sessions Policy
There is no financial charge if you miss a session.
However, because community programmes rely on consistency, group safety, and limited spaces, we operate a two‑strike policy:
Two‑Strike Rule
• If you miss two sessions during a programme
• You will be removed from the programme to allow the space to be offered to someone else who needs support

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ)
Do I need a referral to access therapy?
No. You can contact us directly to join community therapy or book private therapy. We welcome self‑referrals from adults, young people, parents, and carers.
What is the difference between community therapy and private therapy?
Community therapy is delivered in groups or structured programes and is designed to be affordable and accessible.
Private therapy is one‑to‑one (or for couples/families) and tailored specifically to your needs.
Both offer the same warmth, dignity, and emotional safety.
Why is community therapy cheaper?
Community therapy is funded and structured differently, allowing us to support more people at once. This reduces the cost for participants while still providing high‑quality support.
A £10 fee applies for missed sessions during a set programme to keep the service sustainable.
What happens if I miss a community therapy session?
A £10 charge is applied for each missed session during a set course. This ensures fairness and helps us maintain accessible pricing for everyone.
How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions last 50 minutes, though some programmes or SOS sessions may differ. We will always let you know in advance.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no set number. Some people attend for a short period, others for longer. We work at your pace and review progress together.
Do you offer therapy for children and young people?
Yes. We provide specialist support for children and young people using developmentally appropriate, creative, and trauma‑responsive approaches.
Do you offer couples therapy?
Yes. Couples can access private therapy to explore communication, connection, conflict, trust, and relationship wellbeing.
Is everything confidential?
Yes — confidentiality is central to our work. The only exceptions are safeguarding concerns, where we have a legal duty to keep people safe. We will always explain this clearly.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Many of our services are available online, making therapy more flexible and accessible.
